Westberg Symposium

After a successful first year we are pleased to welcome the Westberg Symposium to the Caring for the Human Spirit® Conference. Over the years, the Westberg Symposium has become the premier gathering and networking event for faith community nurses from across the globe. Participants develop supportive connections and gain new ideas and skills as distinguished speakers share techniques and experiences for the benefit of the professional practice.


CEU/CNE will be awarded


SCA

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded by the Spiritual Care Association. All participants receive a certificate after the conference.


Westberg Division

Disclosure to participants: The Spiritual Care Association Nursing Division is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Criteria for awarding contact hours: attend each session you are requesting credit for and complete the conference evaluation. This presentation has no commercial support as defined by ANCC. The content of this activity has no connection to products consumed by or used on patients, so there is no conflict of interest for anyone with the ability to control the content of this activity. Conference Outcome: At the conclusion of this conference 100% of the participants will self-report a change in knowledge related to spiritual care.


National Association of Social Workers

Social Work Contact Hours are awarded by the National Association of Social Workers. CEU/CNE will be awarded.


University of Alabama
